Who are we looking for?
The Market Center Coordinator must understand that to run effectively and efficiently, a Market Center must tend to its associates’ needs in such a way that they (the associates) are receiving the expected level of service and remain satisfied with the level of service provided by the Market Center. The Market Center Coordinator will be responsible for the appearance of the Market Center common areas. They will ensure the office is neat and prepared for business. Because the agent associates are the customers of the market center staff, the Market Center Coordinator should have a service-oriented mindset and an enthusiastic attitude. The Market Center Coordinator acts as the Director of First Impressions for the Market Center. They will greet everyone with a smile and warmth as they enter the office. They will be as helpful as possible without neglecting the phones. The Call Coordinator will assist in the management of the office by providing support and feedback to the MCA and Team Leader on all matters affecting the productivity and operation of the Market Center.

What will you do? These are the standards a well above-average performer will maintain or exceed: 

  • Answer phone properly with warmth and friendliness
  • Greet everyone with a smile—be positive and cheerful
  • Assist management team with various tasks such as assembling recruiting packets, new and transfer agent folders, and maintaining reports for MCA such as the training tracker and sales data report.
  • Input listings and update them in MLS for agents in an accurate and timely manner
  • Ensure constant supply of fresh coffee for agents and guests, and assist with office functions and events.
  • Schedule Conference Rooms


Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Properly routing phone calls
  • Assisting management team
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries
  • Maintain appearance of reception area
  • Support MCA in tracking sales data and maintaining reports
  • Keep copiers stocked with paper
  • Order office supplies
  • Enter MLS information for agents including: new listings, withholds, date changes, status changes, etc. Also responding immediately to MLS errors so that no fines are incurred.
  • Coordinate repair, maintenance and instruction of office copiers · Maintain Market Center Facebook Update the video to the TV in the reception lobby.

  • Sales Associates – daily

  • Team Leader – daily
  • Agent Services Director - daily

  • Neat, clean, professional appearance
  • High school graduate or higher
  • Phone skills and experience
  • Relational skills and experience working with people on a consistent basis
  • Computer skills such as Microsoft Xcel, Word, Publisher and Outlook
  • Real estate knowledge preferred but not required
